Once upon a midsummers night,
Gazing at the Heavens above.
I looked up to the stars
and prayed wondering if she will ever come.
All alone I stood that night
Looking to the Heavens
singing a song, passing away time.
The song came to an end, with that last verse
two stars fell from the sky.
I made my wish, and continued to pray.
Continuing to look towards the Heavenly skies
wondering if you would ever find me
Wondering if you would ever hear my cry to you.
My prayers and wishes came true,
For here you stand before my very eyes.
Your beauty so sweet as compared to that of a rose,
and with that beauty, thou has wonest my heart...
